Often the first sales and keyword tracking data are already available after approximately 1-2 hours, but there may be an after-run up to 48 hours until the first data is visible. With our Amazon Profit & PPC Tool, it can take up to 12 hours for all historical data to be obtained and processed by Amazon. After the first big synchronization, data is updated immediately, as soon as it is available on Amazon. In the rarest of cases, updates take more than 30 minutes.
No, by no means. We do not need your Sellercentral Seller Logindata and will never ask for it. If you want to use our profit or PPC features, then you need to give our Amazon registered app only an Amazon MWS account. Please refer to your Uberseller panel for instructions. This process is simple and takes less than 3 minutes. All remaining functions (Sales, Keywords, Alarms & Co.) need no access and can be used immediately.
Only you can see your data. We, of course, have access to all databases, but only we can look into your account with your permission and if you need help. You are able to give an access for agencies with an Uberseller "Agency" account. To do this, you must click on the button "Connect account with agency" in your profile overview and save the registered email address of the agency at Uberseller. Very privat data, e.g. Your password or token will be kept encrypted On our servers.
We do not allow Uberseller users to take advantage of other dealers' deals on our deal platform and filter our buyer database regularly for suspicious accounts. As soon as we find a seller, we lock his account. By that we want to prevent e.g. Products purchased through a deal will be offered on Amazon by other sellers later. We also want to limit the possibility of competing sellers to write negative reviews on each other. On product test portals, we have noticed that with such possibility usually more dealers are registered as reviewers and precisely this kind of problems arises.
